Training: Health and Human PerformanceHealth and Human Performance Programs The Department of Health and Human Performance in the VCU School of Education offers undergraduate and graduate programs.
The Department of Occupational Therapy in the VCU School of Allied Health Professions offers entry-level and post-professional graduate-level programs. The entry-level master's degree is designed for individuals interested in becoming an occupational therapist. The post-professional master's degree offers a research-based master's degree to practicing occupational therapists. The new occupational therapy doctorate is a professional doctorate in leadership studies for the practicing occupational therapist. Both the post-professional master's and the occupational therapy doctorate are distance education-based programs.
The Department of Physical Therapy in the VCU School of Allied Health Professions offers programs leading to the Doctor of Physical Therapy and collaborates with other departments to offer tracks within Ph.D. programs.
