Through in-person, mail and telephone survey assessments, this project identified and evaluated the impact of various psychosocial and environmental barriers on post-injury employment. This project examines the level of involvement that consumers with an SCI are participating in programs initiated by the Ticket to Work and Work Incentives Improvement Act, and shows the relationship between program participation, Social Security benefits, work incentives and employment status.
