VCU-CERSE is a Board of Visitors-approved comprehensive, interdisciplinary rehabilitation research center of excellence. VCU-CERSE brings together researchers, physician scientists, clinicians, rehabilitation specialists, therapists and academicians from the Schools of Medicine, Allied Health, Education, Social Work and Rehabilitation Engineering, as well as the Hunter Holmes Veterans Administration Medical Center and the Virginia Department of Rehabilitative Services. The goal is to further the science for rehabilitation research, education and clinical care for children and adults with disabilities and America's warriors.
